Deutschesfest

A local architecture group was in need of a complete rebrand.

The final mark and branding elements allow for their work to be front and center. The mark was discovered by simply starting with the word 'Architecture' and cutting away to its most minimal and modern forms. Suddenly, the 'A' transformed into an 'H'. End result—Hurtado + Hissong Architecture being represented within one mark.

 

Deutschesfest

Deutschesfest was in need of a brand refresh. With 15,000 visitors annually, it is put on by local descendants of the German-Russians who settled in Odessa, Washington at the beginning of the 20th Century. A strong appreciation of good food, drink, music and dancing has been handed down through generations.
